  • Transit Time: 3 to 5 Business Days (Mon-Fri).
    Total delivery time is typically 4 to 7 business days after you place your order. Our daily cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST).

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Returns & Refunds

Q. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.

Q. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).

Q. Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Canal Lighting will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning the item due to customer remorse (e.g., changed your mind or ordered the wrong item), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Orders & Tracking

Q. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our “Orders Tracking” page or the carrier’s website to check your package status.

Q. I received a damaged item. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us immediately at contact@canallighting.us with your Order ID and photos of the damaged item, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
